How do I book a meeting with my health coach?
You can book your initial meeting online by following the link in your order confirmation. The link leads to our booking system where you can choose a date and time that suits you for a video call.
After you have booked your meeting with the health coach, you will receive a confirmation via SMS containing a link to the meeting. You will also receive reminders before the meeting starts. Remember to cancel your appointment in good time if something comes up.
The subsequent coaching sessions can be booked online or through your health coach.
What should I consider before my meeting with the coach?
Your meeting with the health coach takes place digitally. When you make your first booking, you will have to fill out a form that the health coach uses to prepare for the conversation with you. Make sure you can sit undisturbed with a charged computer or mobile phone and a good internet connection.
Can I book more sessions with my health coach than the ones included in my membership?
Yes, if you want to book additional sessions, you can talk to your health coach and, for an extra cost, book more appointments. Your membership includes an initial meeting of 50 minutes and three follow-up sessions (20 minutes each) over a 12-month period.
How do I pay for my membership?
You pay for your membership via your wellness benefit. If the benefit is not enough to cover the entire cost, the rest will be deducted from your salary before tax.
Payment for additional services is made either on-site with us or via invoice.
What happens to my membership after 1 year?
Your membership is automatically renewed after one year unless you cancel it. One month before your membership expires, we will send you a reminder with information that we will renew your membership unless you cancel it. If you choose to renew your membership, you will again have access to an initial meeting and three follow-up meetings with your coach.
Which additional services are available and how do I access them?
Soon you will be able to purchase services that complement your membership. You will then be able to book visits with a physiotherapist, psychologist, and chiropractor for an extra fee. You will also be able to purchase blood sampling and mental and physical health checks. If you are interested in additional services, your coach can help you with recommendations. Soon we will also offer inspirational videos on selected topics, such as how to find balance in everyday life or strategies for recovery and sleep. Stay tuned.
The services will be performed by licensed partners within our network, such as physiotherapists or psychologists.
What can my health coach help me with?
Your health coach is an expert in proactive health and can inspire you to make lifestyle changes, such as motivation to exercise more, strategies for finding balance in everyday life, and managing stress. Your health coach can also give advice on how to achieve better recovery and how to optimize your training results. All this is to help you feel good in the long term, both physically and mentally.
What can my health coach not help me with?
The health coach can help you on your journey towards a healthier lifestyle by providing you with tools and inspiration to proactively influence your health positively. The health coach cannot perform medical or psychological treatments. If you need to contact a doctor or psychologist, your coach can guide you on how to easily get in touch with healthcare or a psychologist.
Who can become a member at Falck?
If you have access to the benefits portals Benify, Benefits, or Wellnet, you can become a member at Falck. The service is suitable for everyone, whether you want support in building good habits, motivating yourself to exercise, getting advice on sleep, or how to handle stressful situations, etc. No prior knowledge or previous health interventions are required.
Can I register someone else for the service?
Since we currently only deliver the membership via wellness portals, it is not possible to "give away the service" as it is linked to your social security number/wellness benefit. We will soon be able to offer the membership through more channels so that more people can access the service.

Information on how we handle your personal data can be found in our privacy policy
