Coach sessions and booking
How do I book an appointment with my health coach?
You book your start-up meeting digitally by following the link in your order confirmation or via your member page. The link leads to our booking system where you can choose a time that suits you for a video call.
When you book your appointment with the health coach, you will receive a confirmation via text message containing a link to the meeting. You'll also receive reminders before the meeting starts. Remember to cancel your visit well in advance, in case something comes in between.
You then book your next coach sessions via the member page or through your health coach.
What do I need to think about before my meeting with the coach?
Your meeting with the health coach takes place digitally. In connection with your first booking, you will be asked to fill out a form that allows the health coach to prepare the conversation with you. Please make sure that you can sit undisturbed with a charged computer or mobile phone and a good internet connection.
What can the health coach help me with?
Your health coach is an expert in proactive health and can inspire you to make lifestyle changes, such as motivation, strategies for finding balance in everyday life and managing stress.
Your health coach can also give tips on how to get a better recovery and how you can optimize your training results. All this to make you feel good in the long term, both physically and mentally.
What can the health coach not help me with?
The health coach cannot perform medical or psychological treatments. If you need to get in touch with a doctor or psychologist, your coach can guide you to the easiest way to get in touch with healthcare or a psychologist.
Can I book extra sessions with my health coach?
Yes, if you want to book extra sessions, in addition to those included in your membership, you can talk to your health coach or buy one or more visits via the membership page.
Add-on services
How do I buy Falck's add-on services?
If you are a member of the Falck Health Coach program, you can purchase our add-on services. You place your order on our membership page and get access to the appointment or program via the confirmation. You will receive an invoice for the add-on services you have ordered.
Physiotherapy online – what is it?
Physiotherapy refers to helping you with problems from muscles and joints via video calls. If you book physiotherapy online with us at Falck, one of our licensed physiotherapists will help you address any pain you are experiencing and strengthen your musculature as well as increase your mobility.
Can I purchase one session at a time with a physiotherapist online?
Yes, you can buy one sessions at a time with our physiotherapists online.
Online mental health – what is it?
Just like with physical health, there are times and occasions in life when you need help with mental health. Mental health online is a broad concept that includes both web-based CBT programs, the mental health check and also our behavioral scientists and psychologists that you can meet online.
iCBT - what is it?
iCBT stands for internet-based cognitive behavioural therapy and is a well-proven method for dealing with mental health challenges. All our programs are developed by psychologists and are based on clinical research.
The programs include information, tools and exercises and help you get to know yourself and what you can do to improve your mental health in areas such as stress, sleep and anxiety.
How do I access the web-based CBT programs?
When you buy one of our CBT programs, you get access to the program through our partner Braive, who also delivers the programs. You create an account in Braive's App and can get started with the program right away.
Mental health check – how does it work?
The mental health check is a web-based self-assessment test. By answering a number of questions, you will find out how it is with your mental health and which areas you should pay extra attention to. The mental health check is also included as an input value in all our iCBT programs.
How do I get in touch with a psychologist/behavioral scientist online?
At Falck, we think it should be easy to get in touch with a psychologist. If you are a member of our health coach program, you can easily buy an online meeting with one of our psychologists/behavioral scientists via the membership page.
Payment and invoicing
How do I pay for my membership?
You pay for your membership via your wellness benefit, and if the benefit is not enough to cover the entire cost, the rest will be deducted from your salary before tax (so-called net salary deduction).
Payment for add-on services is made either on site with us or via invoice.
How do I pay for add-on services?
If you order an add-on service from Falck, you pay for the service by invoice. The invoice will be sent to the address we have saved in our systems or to your e-mail.
My membership
What is included in my membership?
As a member of Falck's health coach program, you will receive a start-up meeting with your coach and 3 follow-up meetings. Together with your coach, you will set up an action plan that will help you get started on your journey towards a healthier life.
Your membership also gives you access to a wide range of add-on services at a favorable price, such as web-based CBT programs, online physiotherapy, etc.
What happens to my membership after 1 year?
Your membership will automatically renew after one year unless you cancel it. One month before your membership expires, we will send you a reminder informing you that we will renew your membership if you do not cancel it. If you choose to renew your membership, you will once again have access to a start-up meeting and three follow-up meetings with your coach.
