Our brains are constantly developing, which allows us to learn new things and create new habits. Habits are formed over time by behaving in a certain way repeatedly. This creates networks in the brain that are easily activated.
We can create unhealthy habits without being aware of it. These habits become our natural way of reacting to situations and often make life more difficult for us.
About the short-term program for healthy habits
In this program, you will learn skills to replace old habits that do not help you move forward with new habits that are better for you. The program takes about 4–6 weeks to complete and is estimated to take about 2–3 hours per week.
