To avoid being overwhelmed by unimportant information and instead be able to focus on what is important, much of the routine and simpler tasks we do are unconsciously managed by our brains. In other words, we perform certain behaviors more or less without having to think about them.

About the short-term program Thoughts

In the short program "Thoughts", you will receive an introduction to mindfulness that helps you manage your inner dialogue, avoid cognitive traps, and direct your attention, thereby reducing the risk of worry and anxiety.

The program takes approximately 4–6 weeks to complete and is estimated to take about 2–3 hours per week.
