About Online Mental Training
The program provides you with a toolbox of mental strategies to refocus, handle setbacks constructively, get rid of unhelpful thoughts, and perform at your best. You will receive concrete tools to manage your challenges, while also having more opportunities for reflection to create gradual behavioral changes.
If your mental health has been affected for a longer period and impacts several aspects of your life, you should choose one of our longer programs. The time commitment is approximately 8–12 weeks, requiring around 2–3 hours per week. All our programs can be supplemented by purchasing online sessions with a psychologist.
