About the program Stress and recovery
With this program, you will learn to manage and live with stress in everyday life in a sustainable way. You will receive concrete tools and strategies that help you handle stressful periods and challenges in life, while also giving you the opportunity to reflect and create gradual behavioral changes.
The program lasts for 8–12 weeks, requiring about 2–3 hours per week, and consists of web-based lessons, videos, activities, and exercises. All our programs can be supplemented by purchasing online sessions with a psychologist.
