Do you need legal and financial advice?

About the program

Through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), you receive guidance on psychosocial, private legal, and financial issues. You simply call and explain what's worrying you or what you'd like to change. We support you by identifying potential solutions. The person who answers your call is specially trained to speak with people in difficult situations.

During the phone call, you will get help defining the situation and clarifying your thoughts. Most people find they get the support they need at this stage, while others may need further guidance from one of our specialists—a psychologist, lawyer, economist, social worker, or an alcohol and drug expert.

The number of sessions with a specialist is determined by your company's agreement. Pension advice, medical care, or health counseling on physical and/or medical issues are not included in the service. It is not possible to call on behalf of someone else or to seek private treatment through the service.

Types of Issues

A call to Falck can simplify your daily life and help you function better, both at work and at home. Here are some examples of situations where you can receive guidance.

Relationships Are you having trouble in a relationship—at home or at work? Perhaps you're facing a divorce, are on bad terms with your siblings, or have argued with a colleague? We help you clarify the situation and find a path forward.

Stress Do you work a lot but still find it hard to keep up? Are you wondering what is important to you and how to prioritize to find balance in your life? We can be your sounding board when you need help mapping things out and focusing on what's important right here and now.

Addiction How much alcohol or gambling per week is too much? How much is okay? We offer a well-founded perspective on what constitutes use, abuse, and addiction, in a non-judgmental way. We also support you in changing your habits.

Financial and Legal Matters Are you having trouble making ends meet or do you have legal questions that need clarification? Our lawyers and economists provide support and guidance on procedures for separations, division of property, custody disputes, contract issues, debt restructuring, etc.

Social Issues Are you worried about someone close to you—a teenager with an eating disorder, a child who spends too much time on the computer, or a seriously ill relative? We will listen, help you sort through your thoughts and feelings, and find paths toward a solution.

Change What is stopping you from getting out for that run or tackling challenges at work that have been on hold for far too long? Our guidance can help you overcome certain obstacles in life, find new paths, break ingrained patterns, or provide support when you are going through a life change.
